In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register a zk666 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Each person may hold only one registered Account on the zk666 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. zk666 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void any balances or winnings associated therewith upon discovery.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zk666 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. zk666 is not liable for any losses or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

zk666 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal privileges, or Account closure.

zk666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). zk666 does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players may contact the zk666 support team for information regarding their specific limits.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your zk666 Wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet may take between 15 minutes and 4 business hours depending on the method. Withdrawal processing for verified accounts via GCash is typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Bank withdrawals are processed within 2–4 business hours during Philippine banking hours.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources are prohibited and may be reversed. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods verified as belonging to the Account holder.

We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay, freeze, or reverse transactions pending investigation. All Games offered on the zk666 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The following general gameplay rules apply across all zk666 Games:

• Results of all slot games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical results of the live dealer's actions (cards dealt, wheel spun, etc.) as captured by studio cameras. The displayed result is the authoritative result of the game round.
• Sports betting odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it is settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement, unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport-specific rules.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, zk666 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the round fairly. Where resolution is not possible, the affected game round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's Wallet.
• zk666 reserves the right to void bets placed under erroneous odds, incorrect game settings, or software errors. Players will be notified of such voiding and the wagered amount will be returned.
• All currency used in Games is Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each Game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk666 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age, or on behalf of a minor.
• Creating or using more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent game mechanics or bonus rules.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward zk666 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other anonymization tools.
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the zk666 platform without prior written authorization.

zk666 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Request or direction from any regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment provider.
• Technical, security, or legal necessity as determined by zk666.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the zk666 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Where closure follows a responsible gaming self-exclusion request, the account will be closed immediately and cannot be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

Upon Account closure, any remaining eligible balance in your Wallet (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all KYC and AML checks.

Third-party game content (including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, CQ9, and other providers) is licensed to zk666 and remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers. Use of such content outside the zk666 platform is subject to those developers' own intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk666, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruptions or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or other events outside zk666's reasonable control.

The zk666 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. In all cases, zk666's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zk666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and industry best practices. We recognise that gambling can be harmful if not conducted responsibly, and we provide the following tools within every player Account:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be referred to the relevant courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over such matters.

Nothing in this section shall prevent zk666 from seeking immediate injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

zk666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and, where practicable, by notifying you via your registered contact details.

Your continued access to and use of the zk666 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. zk666 is not obligated to provide individual notice of minor amendments that do not materially affect your rights or obligations.
